For those not following the Atlas bug report [1], this issue should now be fixed as the BST/GMT flags are reported to have been removed completely from the upstream listings data. [1] http://issues.atlas.metabroadcast.com/browse/ATLAS-36 If you are still seeing errors from today, please post details. I will check the content of all listings generated today to check that this has happened.
