UK RT grabber just stopped adding new listings

As of last Thursday or Friday, I'm not getting new listings from the UK
Radio Times grabber, and am down to 11 days (Fri 29 Jun).

I've had a look at the BBC raw files (e.g., 1869.dat), and they appear to
still be being updated (latest is now 2nd. July in that file).

I blew away my ~/.xmltv/cache dir. this morning and it still went wrong.

However, I'm looking at the *contents* of this cache now and all the
files bar one are the same, nearly empty:

Code 200
Content-Length 309
Content-Type text/plain; charset=UTF-8
ETag "501cd-135-4c2b9814eb540"

I've just cut'n'paste the URL into a browser and seen it work. The
channels.dat is properly populated.

More bizarrely, I get the same result from 'GET
http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/22.dat' on my PVR:

$ GET http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/22.dat

HEAD doesn't show me any cache entries. Is anyone else having problems?
I may have to see if my ISP is doing something dodgy, it looks like it's
also not working on my main PC (I'm testing remotely, and can see the page
OK from the PC I'm currently on). It fails with elinks too, so it's not
just lwp-request.
