The bug has existed for quite a while and you're the first one to bring it up, so I don't think it's hurting a lot of folks.

We don't release grabbers individually.  We try and do 2-3 XMLTV releases a year, and this will be in the next one.  (which comes when someone calls 
for it, but usually for something bigger).  If others want a release, we can do one... the last one was about 3 months ago.
