Thank you very much Nick for making the necessary changes for this
channel to be used as well with the grabber. I found a minor cosmetic
issue. The channelicon that is being downloaded does not exist (yet?)
on the referenced location
(http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/logo/tv/bb/bbc_two_hd.jpg). I see that a
highres BBC Two HD logo is available on the lyngsat-logo website:
http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvchannel/uk/BBC-Two-HD-England.html, but
I haven't figured out yet where to find an icon of it. In the meantime
I can resize the higres one into an icon. Maybe the location needs to
be changed or perhaps the icon will show up in the coming days?
