tv_grab_uk_rt: Best of Top Gear title processing

Hi, the current title processing for "The Best of Top Gear" simply rename it to "Top Gear". This is making it difficult to differentiate these episodes in mythtv, and results in all of them being recorded (both on Dave, and Dave ja vu). To fix this locally, I tweaked the rule so that it put "The Best of Top Gear" into the subtitle field.
