Hello, I try to use xmltv on OS X Mavericks, and it seems there are no tools available besides mc2xml (http://mc2xml.hosterbox.net/). I couldn't use the binaries offered for Fink, as it seems Fink itself does not work on Mavericks anymore. Besides, I use already Macports, and would like to avoid installing another package manager just for one package. So I downloaded and created some xmltv files thanks to mc2xml, now I would like to view them... But I couldn't find any viewer option for OS X except the Java tool FreeGuide: http://www.artificialworlds.net/freeguide/Main/HomePage Unfortunately, FreeGuide seems to hang on the xmltv files I create. They are rather large with about 19MB. So my question is does anyone has any tips for using xmltv on a recent Mac? I am mainly interested in viewing, parsing, searching and data extraction, possibly into a database.
