TV_GRAB_EU_EPGDATA

Hi,

I'm starting to use TV_GRAB_EU_EPGDATA but unfortunately version 0.5.65
and 0.5.64 are generating an outputfile without <channel id> elements -
only <programme> elements are covered. Version 0.5.63 is running fine
but missing some recently added channels (RTL nitro, DMAX, SAT1 Gold).
Any idea how to fix this problem ? I'm using the pre-built EXE for Windows.
