I have been talking to epgdata.com and ask them to provide informations
in element  <ch11></ch11> alias <!-- tvchannel_dvb --> in include.zip
for channels DMAX, RTL NITRO, ANIXE, Sat.1 Gold, Disney Channel.
Currently the field is empty <ch11></ch11> for these channels. They
conirmed the missing informations and assured to fix them.
