Remove channel from XMLTV file

Hello, I have a little problem with a XMLTV file. I use to grab the channels information with a mhw program. But there is a channel with this name: [line 96] <channel id="dgplus31.sp"> [line 97] <display-name>A&E</display-name> [line 98] </channel> If I open this file with Chrome web browser, it says: error on line 97 at column 18: EntityRef: expecting ';' Is i possible to delete this 3 lines with a command line program?
