xmltv not showing correct tv programs time

Good evening to everyone!

I've been using xmltv many years now, but there's a problem that showed up two 
weeks ago and I don't know how to handle it.
All of the tv programs on the GUI that I use to analyze xmltv data (FreeGuide) 
are two hours behind, so what FreeGuide shows like starting on 5:50 PM 
actually starts on 7:50 PM.
I use FreeGuide 0.11-3, xmltv 0.5.59-2 on my Archlinux machine with Perl 
5.20.1-1 installed.
