tv_grab_it and obsolete backends

Good morning to everyone!

I noticed that the grabber tv_grabber_it relies on obsolete backends and 
should be updated with new ones, tivusat , for instance.
As I'm not a developer, is there a way to get in touch with the maintainer of 
this grabber?
