I've changed the default config to disable the rules which look for episode numbers in title and episode. People can still enable them if they need it.

Thinks out loud: probably what we need is a "default" configuration for each grabber, which is tuned to the particular needs of that grabber. E.g. tv_grab_uk_atlas will have different needs from tv_grab_ar.
