All SF services, including CVS, have been restored:

I've just synced my git mirror successfully, and had a successful
build from Mattias' jenkins buildbot. So things look okay.

Whilst SF was down I received reports that tv_grab_fr is now broken -
the nightly validator ran last night and did report errors, so ideally
these need looking in to before a release.

Cheers,
Nick
