Just a few things remaining to fixup (later this evening hopefully)
due to lack of time over past couple of days.

The updated grabber is not using a separate channel config file (e.g.
like channel_ids for uk_rt) so channel availability is pulled directly
from the listings website. The downside of this is that channel names
are not 'pretty' (they are lowercase) and channel IDs will be
different to the previous telepoche.com -based grabber.
