Have just committed an updated tv_grab_fr grabber. Please report any
problems here.

It validates correctly and produces up to 14 days of data for 160+
channels. As it is still parsing webpages (1 per programme in the
guide) it is slow - 1-2 minutes per channel per day, so it defaults to
retrieving 7 days of data rather than the full 14.
