tv_grab_uk_atlas - 0.5.67 - Bristol Channels

Hi,

Following a pretty easy migration from tv_grab_uk_rt I am using 
tv_grab_uk_atlas from xmltv 0.5.67.  I've set the viewing platform as 
Freeview and the viewing region as South West as that is typically where 
Bristol is considered to be.

If I grab a channel list with:

    tv_grab_uk_atlas --config-file .xmltv/tv_grab_uk_atlas.conf
    --list-channels


I see:

  * BBC One South West = south-west.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
  * ITV Westcountry = westcountry.itv1.itv.com
  * ITV Westcountry+1 = plus-1.westcountry.itv1.itv.com
  * Made in Bristol = madeinbristol.tv
  * ...


This looks slightly odd to me, because:

  * BBC South West doesn't cover Bristol:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_South_West
  * Bristol is considered to be BBC West:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_West


ITV looks fine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITV_West_Country

If I set the viewing platform as Freeview and the viewing region as West 
and I grab the channel list I see:

  * BBC One West = west.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
  * ITV West = west.itv1.itv.com
  * ITV West+1 = plus-1.west.itv1.itv.com
  * Made in Bristol = <not present>
  * ...


Therefore, it appears to me (with limited understanding a slightly 
misguided trust in Wikipedia), that the BBC One xmltvid is incorrect.

I also notice that BBC World Service has the xmltvid radio2.bbc.co.uk.  
That also looks incorrect, World Service and Radio 2 have different 
schedules.

Are my observations correct?  Who should I raise this with?
