tv_grab_na_sd (new grabber for your consideration)

In the case that anyone cares, I have made available
(yet another) a Schedules Direct JSON API grabber
with XMLTV output available at:

  https://github.com/garybuhrmaster/tv_grab_na_sd

which I have been working on more or less (mostly
less) for quite some time, and has finally gotten
feature complete enough for my regular usage (and
finally committed to github a few months ago).

Clearly, in many ways, it performs somewhat
equivalently to sd_json grabber (that AFAIK was
not available when I started my work).  I will let
others decide which is more valuable or feature
complete for their use cases.

I will note that there are still a few rough edges
in initial setup, but it works well enough for me.

Current quick start instructions for those interested
in experimenting with the script:

* Have (or obtain a trial) Schedules Direct
  account
* Download the script
* Install the perl prereqs (yes, there are
  a lot).
* (optional) run tv_grab_na_sd --info
  for the long description.
* Run tv_grab_na_sd --manage-lineups(*) and
  - signon to your SD account
  - request to initialize the local database
  - add a lineup (or two) to your account
    [Note there is an open ticket with SD
    where the lineup says it was not added,
    it was already in the account, but it is
    actually added(**)]
* Run tv_grab_na_sd --configure (with the
  usual options)
* (optional) run tv_grab_na_sd --download-only
  [The first download can be slow because it
  has to download everything, future requests
  only download new/changed data]
* Run tv_grab-na_sd with whatever options are
  appropriate for your needs.



(*) One can easily argue that this should
not be in the grabber.  I would agree 100%.
And it is in the grabber for all the pragmatic
reasons.

(**) SD has been preoccupied with higher
priority activities, and as it is not a real
error, and happens only at initial setup,
I mostly ignore it, other than document
it for this "quick start".
