You can either use a postal code (start at the "left" and add characters until you get what you need; I'm looking into optimizing that particular function server-side because of how UK postal codes are mapped.) or for Freeview you can also use the lookup table if you know the name of your Freeview transmitter: https://json.schedulesdirect.org/20141201/transmitters/GBR I don't know if the XMLTV grabber uses that option yet.
