There is no direct mapping from the 5 digit SD stationID to the
Freeview (or other) channel number. (For one thing there are multiple
BBC 1's across the country). IIRC someone put a mapping in the form of
a set of SQL commands on the Mythtv wiki, I just did it by hand though.

Once you have a lineup as others described in this thread you will get
a full list of the channels on that lineup.
