tv_grab_sd_json: Server closed connection without sending any data back

Dear list,

For some time it appears that the sd_json grabber hasn't been working
properly for some time. I only noticed when guide data for "today" ran
out (on Sunday), at which time I opened a ticket with SD. Robert
prompted me to try again using the zz_sdjson grabber, which works, so
the problem appears to be specific to the sd_json grabber.

Details below.

I have now switched to the zz_sdjson grabber but I can still reproduce
the problem if anyone is interested in forensic analysis.
