Someone more familiar with the tool-set hasn't commented, so I will.
Yes it's possible (not even that hard.. just adjust the timezone
offset), but I don't believe there is currently a utility to do it.
You can probably even do it like this...
tv_grep (search for a station) >tempfile
modify temp file to replace the time offset with a new one
tv_cat to merge the temp file with the original.
The above solution does take some scripting expertise.
