Paragraph Numbering

I am trying to move a report/document over from latex to lout. The document
requires the numbering of paragraphs, of which the numbering follows the
appropriate Section, SubSection, SubSubSection etc.

Therefore I am wondering if anyone has implemented such a scheme in lout and
if so how was it done?
