@DisplayGap for book

Hi,

According to the user guide @DisplayGap (in book) determines the amount
of vertical space above & below displays.

However, it turns out that for

    @Floater @Location{Display} {...}

The @DisplayGap has no effect whatsoever!

I want to reduce the vertical gap above & below such @Floaters... can
anyone tell me how to do it?
