no @ItemPlace galley target precedes this @ItemPlace&&preceding

Hi,

I've started getting these errors in a book's @Appendix:

bibliography.lout:9:1: no @ItemPlace galley target precedes this @ItemPlace&&preceding
bibliography.lout:145:1: no @EndListPlace galley target precedes this @EndListPlace&&preceding

As a consequence, lout deletes the entire list.

Is it possible that these could be the result of unresolved cross
reference @PageMarkers in the @Colophon that follows this appendix? (In
which case that's fine since I can solve this. Or is it a bug?)
