Batch conversion of TTF/OTF fonts for usage with Lout

All,

I have written a script to convert TTF/OTF fonts to PS1 fonts with automatic setup
of the Lout font database. I wanted an easy way for newbies to Lout to use their
beloved TTF fonts. This might not be relevant for experienced users, but can
help if you set up a new typesetting system as it was in my case.
