Symbols for mathematical set of numbers (real numbers, rationa l numbers ad so on)

Hello,

I want to use the symbols for the sets of real numbers, rational  
numbers, natural numbers and so on...


So the symbol that looks like  |R for real numbers, ...

The symbols Iwant to have, are, what in LaTeX would be
\mathbb{N}
\mathbb{Z}
\mathbb{Q}
and so on.

How to get this in Lout?
