Hello Joel,

At least for me, while news of generic text formatters like Lout, groff, or
TeX is welcome and interesting, I fail to understand why a
language-specific formatter like RakuDoc, which is computer
language-specific akin to JavaDoc, might be interesting to me or anyone in
the Lout group. Please help me understand.
