How to automatically create new projects

Bad news -- Me and Dorthy L. Nixon both got laid off from ISU the
company that we used Aegis at for the last 18 months.   The good news
is in the 2 weeks since leaving we have started a vary promising
consulting firm (almost $10k or work so far).

Now the question we want to make it so every non-super trivial project
we do is under aegis but since we do everything from projects that take
1/2 hr to ones that are much larger we want to automate the process of
creating projects to some extent.   Currently I set the project up
manually then aedist a prototype project we have into it but the hassle
comes from needing to update the aepconf for each project.   Is there a
way of using a aepconf template?
