zipping up a snapshot

The vast majority of our clients want/need their project to be
delivered as a zip file to them.   Currently I do this by opening a new
change and "aecp ." then zipping that.   Any suggestions on:

	a) Make the process simpler
	b) Not include ,D's and such
	c) Use a consistent leading dir name

BTW one nice thing about being consultants now is we can actual
contribute to aegis development directly so if a aezip command or a
-Zip option for aetar we will be willing to add it.
