For svn -> aegis you can use tailor [1] and for aegis -> svn you can use
ae-repo-ci.  

My advice is to setup an additional aegis project just for svn -> aegis
(no manual changes in this project) then use aedist -replay to populate
your main project.  Aegis will assign UUIDs in the support project and
you will not have to resolve merge due to manual changes.

So:

  svn ------> aegis1 ---------> aegis2
        |                |
      tailor          aedist

For the aegis -> svn operation I don't have specific recipes to offer
except that you must check to be in sync every time you push changes to
svn in order to avoid destroing changes present only in svn.

I know tailor needs improvement since there is some mismatch between svn
and Aegis.  Let me know *when* you have problems and I'll try to help.

Tailor does not have a mode to syncronize using Aegis as a source
because I was not interested at that time.
