auto creation of the "aegis" account in freebsd port

As most of you know I am the official maintainer of the FreeBSD Port for
Aegis (4.24.3 currently).   Well I realized there might a useful addition
to to the port (unless Peter wants to do this in the makefile) to have it
automatically setup an account (aka "aegis") for baselines.  Comments?

BTW feature request is it possible to make the default dir for where aenpr
makes the project file is home dir of the "aegis" user if one exists
