Strange followup on this I have it working now but I think it might of
exposed a bug in aefinish

Namely if I do the following it works (note this is a cut and paste
and I have develop_end_action = goto_awaiting_integration in my
aepattr for foo):

aedist -p foo -c 10 -s|ssh foo.com (aedist -p foo -r ; aefinish; aeib
-p foo -c 10;aeb;aed;aet;aeipass)

But it I replace the integration aeb/aed/aet/aeipass with aefinish it
fails leaving foo.C10 in awaiting_integration
