Not sure what your need is but if you simply want to archive/collect the project controlled files without the derived product you could simply use aetar -baseline
Or create a new change and aecp . then don't build or anything

I need to have a prestene baseline (no derived files at all except perhaps ,D)...
1. How do I tell aipass to not include any derived files?
2. How do I clean the existing ones out of the baseline?
