Hi,

I merged in my branch[*], patch-15, support for selective/partial undo
(available in `baz').  I merged it from
`[email protected]/tla--selective-undo--1.4', who merged it from
baz, which had gotten it from someone else, etc.

I had to slightly update the code, notably wrt. the relational table
API: for instance, use `rel_table_nil' instead of a NULL pointer, no
longer use `rel_make_record ()', things of that sort.
