These are the recent changes to tla:

config.guess and config.sub updated to the most recent version, so tla
should build on GNU/kFreeBSD

tla distribution now contains the needed patches for running on Cygwin, such
as patches for other tools (diff, patch, tar)

apply-delta now allows three-way merge


Testing of the build on GNU/kFreeBSD especially welcome as I have no way of
verifying it myself.
