Release 1.3.5 Candidate 2.
The tarball is available as
http://www.atai.org/gnuarch/prereleases/tla-1.3.4.99.1.tar.gz
changes since Candidate 1:
* patch from Netbad to libneon to ensure the use of the included
expat library.
