resolve not accepting input

Has anyone seen a problem with resolve where it won't accept the user input? I have to enter a command and Enter multiple times for the command to work. I can't figure out what sequence of keys works. Sometimes it echo's my command and sometimes it doesn't. I get this behavior with both the MKS ksh and the Windows DOS shell. I found this closed bug in the database, but I don't see a resolution...
