web history for deleted files?

I'm trying to find the web-ified history for drivers/serial/8250_hcdp.c
in the linux-2.5 BK tree. This file was removed a while back.
I can still find the prs history in my local tree like this:
bk prs BitKeeper/deleted/SCCS/s..del-8250_hcdp.c~7385106462a6872b
But there's nothing in the Bitkeeper/deleted folder in the web interface:
http://linux.bkbits.net:8080/linux-2.5/src/BitKeeper/deleted?nav=index.html|src/.|src/BitKeeper
I assume that the bookmarkable links, like:
http://linux.bkbits.net:8080/linux-2.5/cset%4040df0948eFn0hHP_6wt_Kqc6Ttorfg
will still remain valid "forever", even if the related files are moved
or deleted someday. Right?
