The bug in BK/Web is that it doesn't automagically generate a top level 
index.html which provides links to all the repositories below it.  Some
day we need to add a "--maxdepth 2" option to bkd which tells BK to 
look at most 2 directory levels down and autogenerate the index.html.

The one on bkbits.net is generated out of cron, it's pretty easy, but
yes, we should do it for you.  Sorry about that, file an RFE if you
haven't please.
