I'm evaluating BitKeeper in order to move off of CVS and I'm having
problems importing my existing CVS repository:

[mgoff@mgoff-pc ~]$ bk import -tCVS ~/cvs/bk-convert /projects/honeycomb
Finding files in /home/mgoff/cvs/bk-convert
OK
Checking to make sure there are no files already in
         /projects/honeycomb
OK

Would you like to edit the list of 0 files to be imported? n

Converting RCS files.

Creating initial changeset (should be +0)
Nothing to commit

I'm not sure why it mentions RCS files when I specified CVS as the type.
The CVS tree was checked out of out a Sourceforge repository. I searched
the bitkeeper-users archives and a couple of people have asked this same
question in the past but there was never a response. Any help would be
appreciated. Otherwise I'll be forced to use Subversion instead. :)

thanks,
Mike
