careful -- this first set of pages is for newbies who, for the most
part, will only be checking to see what changes there are to their
*current* repo.  they won't be doing stuff like reparenting just yet,
so it's not clear that they'll need to know about the optional URL
yet.  maybe later, but probably not right now.

and, WRT to "bk changes", is there a set of options that lists just
the *files* that are newer at the remote repo?  more than once, i've
wanted to know if a pull would update some of the files i'm working
on.  and i don't see any options that would give me that.
