it's that dspec stuff that really deserves a bk docs page to itself, i
think.  it's *clearly* handy when running "bk changes" (and other
commands, of course), but there's no mention on that page as to where
to go for more info for that feature.  at least, not one i saw.
having it buried in the "prs" page makes it not so easy to run across.
