Re: something equivalent to "bk ls"?

Discuss things wherever it works out best.

We use the pages "FooItem" to list the current documentation, and
"FooItemDev" for the development discussion about "what should the FooItem
page say about XYZ", stuff like that.

And I'll probably start adding some of my thoughts there too, including
adding in some examples of how we do things with BK on the ntp project.

Finally, one can elide the "/bin/view" when posting URLs - the rewrite code
will handle it.
