simple questions about checking out a file

  for my wiki docs, a couple simple questions:

1) is there any effective difference in using "bk co" versus "bk get"
for checking out a file read-only?  i don't see any in terms of
locking or anything (although, from what i read, "bk get" is not
recommended for interactive use - i assume "bk co" is what folks
should use)

2) is there *any* record in SCCS/ of a file having been checked out in
read only mode?  not that i can see, but i'm just curious.  (i mean,
short of updating the access time on the s.file.)
