some questions about rm/unrm/gone

  just to clarify some curiosities regarding deleting and restoring
files, first, "rm" seems pretty straightforward. if i "rm" a file,
its s.file (and, potentially, checked out gfile) gets removed, and an
entry for that file is added under BitKeeper/deleted. so far, so
good.

  "bk unrm" seems a little odd, though. first, based on some testing
and its implementation in bk.script, it seems to recognize a "-f"
option that's not mentioned in "bk helptool". also, in contrast to
what "bk helptool" says, it doesn't just accept a file name, it
accepts a glob pattern and will interactively prompt for *every* file
that matches that pattern, something that seems a bit non-intuitive.
the first time you try it, it does seem confusing when you try to
"unrm" a specific file by its exact name in the exact directory it
used to live in, and suddenly you're faced with an interactive prompt
for numerous files that match the pattern (even though, yes, "bk
helptool" does talk about an interactive interface, it clearly refers
to "files with the same name", not a wildcard pattern).

  regarding *really* getting rid of a file with "bk gone", it seems
that this involves two fairly simple steps (in this order):

  $ bk gone `bk prs -hr+ -d:KEY: file`
  $ rm file SCCS/s.file

first, there's some inconsistency in that "bk helptool" for "gone"
describes getting the file's key with:

  $ bk prs -hr+ -d:ROOTKEY: file
                   ^^^^^^^
while the online user's guide says:

  $ bk gone `bk prs -hr+ -d:KEY: file`
                            ^^^

should i assume that either KEY or ROOTKEY will work equally well?

  and should i assume that all of this is subsumed by the bk.script
function _rmgone()? (actually, it seems that one first has to run "bk
gone" anyway before running "bk rmgone". at least, that's my first
impression.)
