proposed bk terminology

  since it appears that i'm going to handhold some colleagues thru
getting up to speed with BK, i added a page to the wiki that defines
some of the terminology that i think is useful for beginners.

  it's early, i'm still tired and *really* pissed about the election
so it's possible that my definitions are not as clear as they could be
or might be just plain wrong.  corrections/additions welcome.  i
