updated BK beginner's guide

  for anyone who cares, i've made piles of updates to my BK beginner's
guide over at https://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Dev/BitKeeperNotes

  the motivation for this project is to help some local colleagues get
a handle on BK, but i figured i might just as well make it public if
anyone would get any benefit out of it.  it's a wiki, so make changes.
thanks to the folks at isc.org for providing the wiki space.

  all credit, praise, hosannas, etc. goes to me.  all errors are
clearly someone else's fault. :-)
