Each repository can be adjusted as you would like. The setting in the config file affects new files. If you want the whole repo: bk -r admin -Zgzip If you want just deleted bk -RrBitKeeper/deleted admin -Zgzip See 'bk help bk' for the options between bk and the command. And 'bk help admin' for the -Z option.
