Each repository can be adjusted as you would like.
The setting in the config file affects new files.

If you want the whole repo:

  bk -r admin -Zgzip

If you want just deleted

  bk -RrBitKeeper/deleted admin -Zgzip

See 'bk help bk' for the options between bk and the command.
And 'bk help admin' for the -Z option.

This setting does not propagate with push, but only affects the
repository it is done in, and any repositories that are cloned from it.
