Actually, that's a part of the bitkeeper software.

Perhaps asking the lkml.org folks to add these lists to their RSS feeds
would be the simple answer?  While it wouldn't be 'hard' to add an RSS
feed to the bk webserver (it's just formatted XML), I would guess it'd
be a low priority thing.
