[BUG] bk citool (minor)

I added a new file by clicking on the ?
Then I chose edit file/Tk editor
Made some changes
Clicked save

** The changes were not reflected on the bottom pane of citool

However, I continued to commit the changes and looking at the new file showed 
that the changes were present.
